Dear all attendees of the PAMS 2017 meeting,

PAMS meeting is about two weeks away. Below is important information for the meeting

- The abstract volume will not be supplied by paper copy but the program schedule will be provided at the registration desk. We encourage downloading the abstract volume file in advance and bringing it in your own laptop or table computers.

- Free WiFi will be available at the meeting room and electric outlets for using laptop will be prepared at the meeting room.

- Pre-registration desk opens during Ice Breaker Party from 16:00 to 18:00 on 10 April at “Rose” Room of Seogwipo KAL hotel.

- Each oral presentation should be made within 12 minutes. The following 3 minutes are used for Q&A and speaker change.

- Poster size must be equal to or smaller than the board size of 110cm in height and 80cm in width. Poster will be presented during the whole meeting period (will not be replaced daily). Please attach poster as early as possible before the first poster session and stick to the end of the meeting

- If your oral presentation is scheduled between 9:00am and 10: 45 am (daily 1st session), you need to bring your file(s) to the registration desk previous day (in USB memory). We hope you understand that the LOC will be too busy to handle your file especially in the early morning. Particularly, for the first session (S04, 9:30~10:45am) of the first day (11 April), we may ask presenters to send us files by email in advance.

- We prepare two similar Windows PCs (OS: Windows 7 Professional). One of them will receive your file(s) at the registration desk (from 10 April). The other one will be dedicated for screen projection. The installed software may be MS PowerPoint 2010 and Acrobat Reader DC. It means acceptable format ppt, pptx, and pdf only. Please make sure your presentation file follows any one of the three. The Macintosh and Linux users are especially encouraged to test your file at Windows environment before the departure.

- For smooth progress of the meeting, we do not want to switch this official PC and your private one back and forth during the oral sessions. Please copy and test your file at the official PC as soon as you arrive at the registration desk. If you still want to use your own PC for the oral presentation, please let us know your situation in this week (until 4/5). The LOC will respond you ASAP.

In the middle of April, the average temperature of Jeju is about 8-18oC. You feel comfortable during warm day time but feel a little chilly during night time. Please bring warm clothes, particularly for outdoor dinner banquet.

We hope your trip wonderful to Jeju Island

Sincerely,
